Our homes are built to the highest standards. ​Better yet, we’re proud to say that we are the only home in the Niagara region to offer a secure facility, nursing services, assisted living and palliative care, two-person transfers, mechanical lifts, a 1:5 caregiver ratio with an additional on-staff nurse, all in one home and with all of our residents living on the ground floor. Our Elder Care Homes are an inviting environment filled with light. It features comfortable rooms, new beds and linens, and spacious furniture where you can snuggle up and read a book or spend the day with family. We provide our residents with laundry and room cleaning services, a living room to enjoy your day and celebrate with family and a large TVs often used for sporting events and evening movies. Pioneer Elder Care is built to the highest standards for family and dementia care needs. 

Every resident receives their own room and is free to spend their day however they wish. Some residents prefer the privacy of their room, while others enjoy gathering in the living room, garden or baking cookies in the kitchen.
